Indiana Farm Bureau License Plate

The Indiana Farm Bureau special recognition license plate is now available to order from BMV offices.

• BMV Partial Service Providers

Cost: $40

• $25 of the $40 license plate fee goes to the Farm Bureau Foundation for youth education in Indiana.
• The remaining $15 is a BMV administrative fee.
