Chapters serve as the voice of agriculture on campus through advocacy, education, communication, and community service, plus leadership growth, citizenship engagement, career development, service learning, and professional networking. Interested in starting a chapter? Email engagement@infb.org.
Active chapters include Purdue, Vincennes, and Huntington. Click on each below for more information.

A committee-style competition that tests your critical thinking, collaboration, and communication on ag issues. INFB’s winner earns a $1,000 scholarship and represents Indiana at the national Collegiate Discussion Meet during the AFBF FUSION Conference (or Young Farmers & Ranchers Conference on rotating years).
Washington, D.C. Trip (annually in September): Go behind the scenes at USDA NASS to see how crop reports are secured before release; meet AFBF policy experts; visit Congressional offices; network with leaders; and cap it off with a moonlit monuments tour. While we haven’t taken this trip annually in recent years, the opportunity may return soon for a select number of students from each chapter.
National Conferences: A national gathering with professional development, production ag, technology, communications tracks, and farm tours. INFB coordinates travel for a select number of students from each chapter. Chapters can fundraise to send more members.
