Indiana Farm Bureau invests in the future of agriculture by offering scholarships and grants that support students, members and county Farm Bureaus in advancing agricultural education and community outreach.
We’re excited to support the next generation of agricultural leaders through our diverse scholarship programs. Available to high school seniors and college students in four-year universities or two-year vocational programs, these opportunities could help fund your education.

You only need to complete the application form once to be considered for all eligible scholarships. After submitting the form through the portal, you’ll automatically be considered for every scholarship you qualify for, except for a small number of county-specific scholarships, which are outlined below.

Indiana Farm Bureau offers three $2,000 Ag Impact Scholarships available for graduating high school seniors pursuing agriculture careers. Strong 4-H and/or FFA involvement and leadership experience required.

Indiana Farm Bureau offers two $1,000 Collegiate Farm Bureau scholarships available for students currently attending Purdue University, Huntington University or Vincennes University who are active in our collegiate chapters.

While the majority of county and district scholarship applications are included in our online application portal, some county Farm Bureaus may only offer scholarships via PDF which must be filled out and returned to that county.
This grant assists county Farm Bureaus that plan to host events that will help further education and networking within the diverse segments of agriculture. As Indiana’s largest general farm organization, we strive to be the unified voice of agriculture. This application must be approved by the county president and regional manager.
The Priority Grant Program is designed to assist a county Farm Bureau that does not have adequate funds to specifically address a critical issue, membership promotion and/or advertising campaign, or a Young Farmers & Ag Professionals program or youth activity. If a group of counties (or a district) is working on a project together they can apply jointly. This application must be approved by the county president(s) and regional manager(s).
The Program Development Grant provides assistance to County Farm Bureaus that do not have adequate funds for a new program or activity they would like to initiate. This application must be approved by the county president and regional manager.
This grant assists county Farm Bureaus or Farm Bureau members and educators that do not have adequate funds for a new program, activity, or to attend an event that enhances the promotion of agriculture and education. Program examples could include but are not limited to, books for classrooms, incubator systems, supplies for school gardens, etc. Event examples may include the National Ag in the Classroom Conference, AFBF Women’s Communication Boot Camp, summer educational programs, specialized educational conferences, etc. Please provide sufficient details/information about your program to give the judges a clear picture of your plans/expectations.
