Jack Uldrich
Uldrich is a well-recognized global futurist, speaker, and the author of 13 books, including a number of award-winning bestsellers. He is a frequent speaker on technology, change management and leadership and has addressed hundreds of corporations, associations and not-for-profit organizations on five continents.
Nina Teicholz
Teicholz is an adjunct professor at New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, the executive director of The Nutrition Coalition, an investigative science journalist and author. Her international bestseller, "The Big Fat Surprise," has upended the conventional wisdom on dietary fat – especially saturated fat – and challenged the very core of our nutrition policy.
