A new webinar series designed to engage a variety of membership segments, the First Friday Ag Forum will be presented over Zoom on the first Friday of each month from May through December.
Join us for Indiana Farm Bureau’s October First Friday Ag Forum – “Local Governments: What They Do, How They Got There and How We Work Together.”
This panel discussion will include Rushville Mayor Mike Pavey, Auburn City Council President Natalie DeWitt, Randolph County Commissioner Tom Chalfant, Hancock County Planning Commissioner Renee Oldham and Tippecanoe County Council President Kevin Underwood, as they discuss their roles in local government, the path that led them to civil service, and how they see a partnership with Indiana Farm Bureau.
This First Friday Ag Forum will be moderated by Colette Childress, Indiana Farm Bureau’s policy advisor for local governments. You will want to be a part of this conversation to learn more about how we can work with our local officials and continue to keep agriculture and rural communities involved in the conversations happening across the state.
