Agricultural Planning and Zoning School

Time: 9 a.m. to noon ET

Location: Virtual

The workshop will be presented from 9 a.m. to noon ET and will focus on agricultural planning and zoning issues, with a particular emphasis on the importance of sound local decision-making.

Farmers, landowners and county officials – including those involved in area planning, local zoning boards and county attorneys – are the intended audiences for the workshop.

The speakers for this brand-new workshop are:

  • Jim Federoff of Snyder Morgan Federoff & Kuchmay LLP. Federoff will talk about a new guide to ag zoning, which will be made available after the program. (Click here to access Jim's presentation)
  • Brianna Schroeder of Janzen Schroeder Ag Law, who will discuss hot topics in agricultural zoning. (Click here to access Brianna's presentation)
