Registration is now open for Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation’s (INAgLaw) 2026 Estate & Succession Planning for the Family Farm event. The annual program is targeted toward family farmers and attorneys and will be held via virtual webcast on Thursday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to noon Eastern Time. The webinar is free of charge for all attendees.
“Estate and succession planning impacts every farm in Indiana, and this program is designed to help families take the first steps toward protecting their legacy for the next generation,” said John Shoup, director of INAgLaw.
The 2026 session topics and speakers include:
“We’ve been providing this program for more than a decade now because of how important this topic is to farm families,” explained Shoup. “The hope is to help attendees tackle some tough conversations, provide practical information regarding the tools of estate planning – including wills and revocable trusts – as well as the latest developments in this important area of law.”
The virtual event is open to anyone interested in understanding the importance of estate and succession planning to their business. Attendees also will have time to ask questions after each presentation.
Registration for the event is required. Attendees may register at infb.org/events through Tuesday, July 14.
The program is approved for 3.0 CLE credits for attending attorneys.
