Marnie Schwartzkopf of Hope, Indiana, is the new county marketing coordinator. She started with Indiana Farm Bureau in May. Schwartzkopf earned an agricultural communication degree at Purdue University in 2025.
In this role, Schwartzkopf will serve as the primary connection between Indiana Farm Bureau’s county organizations and the marketing team. She will support county Farm Bureau marketing efforts that drive membership growth, engagement and retention by providing resources, guidance and creative support to county leaders across the state. Her work will include helping with county event marketing, developing promotional toolkits and materials, creating communications pieces, and supporting special projects and statewide initiatives.
Schwartzkopf brings a strong background in agricultural communications, marketing strategy, content creation and event support. Most recently, she served as director of marketing for Core Ag Solutions. She also brings valuable experience from her internships with BASF Agricultural Solutions, AgHires Recruiting and Indiana FFA.
“I’m thrilled to be part of such an incredible team, where I can support county Farm Bureaus across the state through my creativity and passion for the agricultural industry,” Schwartzkopf said.
Schwartzkopf grew up on a small row crop and beef operation in southern Indiana, which she is still involved with today. As a youth, she was heavily involved in 4-H showing sheep and swine.
She currently serves on the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair Queen Committee and is a dog mom of a one-year-old chocolate lab named Opie. In her free time, Schwartzkopf loves frequenting thrift stores to recreate outfits she finds on Pinterest and mixing up new coffee syrups for her homemade iced lattes.
