Indiana Farm Bureau is offering two more training programs to help farmers and their employees handle anhydrous ammonia safely.

Planned for this fall are:

• Sept. 16 – District 8 (Johnson County). INFB will be partnering with Keystone Cooperative and Purdue Extension, and PARP credits will be offered. Register at infb.org/events.
• End of November (date to be determined) – District 6. More information on this session will be available closer to the date.

Like similar programs held last winter in northern Indiana, the sessions this fall are free to all attendees. The programs are aimed at farmers and their employees who regularly handle and apply anhydrous ammonia and will focus on the preparation and safety around anhydrous ammonia.
