Additional Information

I will be volunteering as a representative of...

I have access to the following (please check all that apply):

How often do you plan to correspond?

Do you have any grade level preferences? (Requests considered but not guaranteed)

Would you prefer a classroom located in your county of residence? (Requests considered but not guaranteed)

Would you be willing to adopt more than one classroom?

Do you have a preferred teacher or school you'd like to be matched with if possible?

What do you plan to share with your adopted classroom?

How often would you like to receive letters, questions or other correspondence from your class and teacher?

By checking this box, I understand I must be a member of Indiana Farm Bureau to participate in the Adopt a Classroom program, and I commit to becoming an INFB Ag in the Classroom volunteer. An INFB AITC volunteer must participate in a training session, sign the code of conduct form and report all classroom visits. Additional information including the AITC handbook can be found on the Volunteer Center. All Adopt a Classroom volunteers may be subject to a background check.
