New members named to YF&AP committee

Sep 1, 2021, 12:33 PM by Kathleen M. Dutro, INFB Marketing Team

Representatives of Indiana Farm Bureau Districts 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 have been appointed by President Randy Kron to the Young Farmers & Ag Professionals State Committee and will begin their term at the conclusion of the 2021 INFB state convention.

The newly appointed committee members are: Kent and Katelyn Burton of Fulton County, District 1; Lyle and Hannah Burkhalter, Clinton County, District 3; Allison Hession, Hendricks County, District 5; Brooks and Madison Weszely, Sullivan County, District 7; and Isaac and Kyla Schroeder, Perry County, District 9.

YF&AP State Committee members are appointed to two-year terms, and the terms are staggered so that representatives of the even-numbered districts join the committee one year and representatives of odd-numbered districts join the next.

The new members will be joining the following current members on the committee: Daniel and Megan Rawles, Whitley County, District 2; Jacob and Amanda Baird, Tipton County, District 4; Mark and Jessica Wenning, Henry County, District 6; Allen and Brittney Bedel, Decatur County, District 8; and Matthew Payne, Floyd County, District 10.
