Beginning on September 11, new Indiana Farm Bureau members must be active for 30 days from date of membership activation to utilize the John Deere GreenFleet discount program. There is no change to the partnership for existing and recently renewed Farm Bureau members. However, beginning on September 11th, new members must wait 30 days before becoming eligible to ensure that their Farm Bureau membership is valid and in good standing.

(Indianapolis) – September 28, 2017 – Indiana Farm Bureau members are now eligible for discounts on John Deere equipment, select parts, and Home & Workshop products with their INFB annual membership. INFB members now qualify for the “Platinum 2” membership in the John Deere GreenFleet™ Loyalty Rewards program free-of-charge.

With the complementary GreenFleet membership, INFB members receive:

  • Equipment discounts – Savings on everything from mowers to tractors to Gator™ Utility Vehicles purchased at your authorized John Deere dealer.
  • Special parts savings – Money-saving parts coupons and offers to help keep your equipment at its best.
  • Home & Workshop product discounts – A 10 percent discount off MSRP on eligible John Deere tools and workshop equipment such as air compressors, generators, pressure washers and more.
  • Exclusive member promotions – New, exclusive offers and promotions delivered to your inbox, along with insider tips and ideas for enhancing your equipment experience.

Normally, a customer must purchase five pieces of qualifying equipment to reach John Deere’s Platinum status.

“Our new John Deere member benefit is really going to make a financial difference for our farmers who take advantage of the discounts they normally reserve for their frequent buyers,” said INFB President Randy Kron. “We’re excited to add John Deere and its respected line of products to our growing list of Farm Bureau member benefits.”

John Deere Logo_450X360Indiana is joining a long list of state Farm Bureaus with similar John Deere partnerships.

"John Deere is committed to the success of customers whose work is linked to the land. Together with Farm Bureau, we are strengthening our agricultural communities and building for the future," said Steve Geick, John Deere director, Ag Industry Relations US/Canada. "The GreenFleet Loyalty Rewards program for Farm Bureau members is John Deere's way of rewarding those who cultivate, harvest, transform, enrich and build upon the land."

INFB members can access full details about the program by logging into their member account at INFB. Members automatically qualify for the discount and can sign up at JohnDeere.com/FarmBureau with a valid email address. Once registration is complete, John Deere will provide a GreenFleet member number to begin accessing the program’s benefits. Discounts are accepted when making a purchase through the John Deere website or a local John Deere dealer.

In addition to the John Deere discount, INFB members also enjoy access to more than 200,000 discounts and benefits on products and services such as dining and entertainment, equipment, health needs, small business supplies, and travel and recreation.

INFB memberships cost $32.50 annually. The cost of membership goes toward education, programming and advocacy for agriculture at the local, state and national levels to help keep Indiana farmers prosperous. To join, visit INFB Membership.
