Information Sheet

If you want the inside scoop when it comes to policies and perspectives that will affect your farm or agribusiness in 2027, don’t miss the 108th consecutive American Farm Bureau Convention. Take this opportunity to look beyond the horizon at the future of agriculture, sharpen your skills and help set the agenda in Washington.

Registration Information

Summit Planners and AAA Corporate Travel will assist members in registering, reserving the convention hotel package (including the AFBF registration, Indiana reception and the number of nights you wish to stay at the Omni Charlotte), and helping members find the best airfare rates.

Here is a list of items you will need to complete the registration form for you and any guest(s) traveling with you:

  • Credit Card to provide full payment before submitting registration.
  • Date of birth for each guest
  • Mobile phone number
  • INFB membership number
  • Unique email address for individual traveler.
  • Name and number of an emergency contact person
  • We also suggest that you ask for assistance with your airfare, as we have AAA partnering with us for great service to Charlotte.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We encourage you to use Summit Planners/AAA Corporate Travel - it's the only way to guarantee you're signed up for our Indiana events and secure a room in our group hotel. Registering through our link also ensures that INFB staff or Summit Planners can assist you with any travel issues or other miscellaneous situations that may arise.
