The future of your family's farm starts with a conversation today.
Your family farm represents generations of hard work, values, and vision. Taking the next step in your farm transition plan can feel overwhelming—but you do not have to do it alone.
INAgLaw invites farm families to participate in an in-depth, day-long workshop designed to help families begin meaningful conversations and make progress toward a successful farm transition.
This workshop is ideal for farm families ready to bring “multiple generations” together to discuss the future of the operation. Through guided sessions and dedicated family work time, you will have space to explore ideas, identify priorities, and move your transition planning forward.
Each workshop will be facilitated by Clint Fischer. Clint Fischer is a South Dakota attorney who specializes in helping farm families navigate the succession process. He brings practical experience and a family-centered approach to the challenging decisions involved in transitioning a farm to the next generation.
The cost to attend is $100 per family.
Contact John Shoup, Director of INAgLaw, at jshoup@inaglaw.org or 317-692-7801 to discuss the workshops or register.
