Collegiate Discussion Meet

The Collegiate Discussion Meet contest is designed to simulate a committee meeting, where discussion and active participation are expected from each participant. The American Farm Bureau Federation has provided five questions, which contestants can prepare for leading up to the competition through training calls and webinars. These are the same questions used in the Young Farmer Discussion Meet. The winners of each Collegiate Discussion Meet will be awarded a $1000 scholarship and will compete in the National Collegiate Discussion Meet at the 2018 National Young Farmers and Ranchers Conference in Reno, NV.
