Take Your Voice to the Next Level 

Our Leaders in Action program provides a road map for Indiana Farm Bureau members who want to take their leadership skills to the next level. You’ll leave with the tools to be a champion for yourself, your farm or agribusiness, your community, Farm Bureau and all of agriculture. 

The program meets three times around the state, culminating in a trip to Washington, D.C., where you put your new skills into action with national elected officials. Each in-state meeting features a new skills category: working with local elected officials, self-leadership, presentation skills and opportunities in Farm Bureau.

    • Trip to Washington, D.C.

Attendance at all sessions is required to be eligible for the Washington, D.C. trip.
