Indiana Farm Bureau will host the third annual Agricultural Land Use & Zoning School virtually via webcast. Click the "Agenda" button below to learn more about our speakers and their presentations.

Speakers for the event include:

  • Kendell Culp, INFB vice president and state representative (District 16), will provide an update on legislative activity impacting Indiana agricultural land use. (Culp's presentation)
  • Brianna Schroeder, partner at Janzen Schroeder Ag Law, Mike Einterz, partner at Einterz & Einterz and Mark Crandley, partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, will provide a "takings" case law update related to implications for those seeking redress for flooding related to temporary flooding caused by government action or inaction.   • Alan Townsend, partner at Bose McKinney & Evans, will speak about eminent domain in Indiana. (Townsend's presentation)
  • Stephen Unger, partner at Bose McKinney & Evans, will give an Indiana annexation update. (Unger's presentation)
