Indiana Farm Bureau’s organizational structure is comprised of a number of specialized teams in the following areas.
Administration/Finance Team
The Administration/Finance Team provides administrative and financial oversight of all Indiana Farm Bureau staff functions through the offices of the president, vice president and chief operating officer. This team also handles county Farm Bureau general fund accounting operations and coordinates state-level Farm Bureau meetings.
Legal Affairs Team
The Legal Affairs Team consists of two staff attorneys and a legal secretary with expertise in agricultural law, land and environmental issues. The office of general counsel provides legal advice to the president and chief operating officer on matters pertaining to the organization.
Organizational Development Team
The Organizational Development Team is responsible for developing and implementing promotional and training programs to develop and grow Farm Bureau leaders at all levels, as well as strengthening our presence in local communities.
Public Policy Team
The Public Policy Team assists members with local, state and national government issues. Members of this team lobby elected and appointed leaders on behalf of our members. The team also helps guide the development and implementation of Farm Bureau policy.
Public Relations Team
The Public Relations Team informs Farm Bureau members and various members of the public about the organization’s programs, policies and accomplishments. This team produces The Hoosier Farmer quarterly magazine, The IFBulletin newsletter for voting members, Farm Bureau Vision video newsletter, and oversees Farm Bureau’s website at www.infarmbureau.org.
