Farm Bureau PAC endorses Lehe for Indiana House district 25
Indiana Farm Bureau ELECT, the political action committee of Indiana Farm Bureau, has endorsed Rep. Don Lehe in the primary race for Indiana House District 25.
The district encompasses all or part of Carroll, Cass, Clinton, White and Tippecanoe counties. Because Indiana Farm Bureau’s PAC is grassroots-driven, it is more complicated than most. With the ELECT endorsement, candidates have made it through the multi-step process to gain the organization’s support.
“We are pleased to endorse Don Lehe for Indiana House District 25,” said Megan Ritter, director of public policy for Indiana Farm Bureau. “We look forward to working with him for another term in the Indiana House of Representatives.”
Lehe is a farmer in White County. He has served in the Indiana House since 2002.
“Representative Lehe is a long-time advocate for Indiana’s farmers,” Ritter added. “The primary endorsement of Don Lehe by IFB ELECT is recognition of his support of policy priorities for agriculture, farm families and rural Indiana.”
Indiana Farm Bureau is the state’s largest farm organization, with 270,000 members including 70,000 farmer members throughout the state.
