IFB schedules meetings for landowners impacted by new power line

The Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) has finalized and made public the route for a new high voltage line from Reynolds to Topeka in northern Indiana.

Indiana Farm Bureau will host two meetings for landowners and tenants whose property will be impacted to discuss their rights and considerations for negotiating easements with NIPSCO. The meetings are specifically for those who have been notified that the transmission line is going through property they own or rent.

The meetings are scheduled for:
