Drew Cleveland
Andrew Cleveland, a native of Salem, Ind., is Indiana Farm Bureau’s regional manager in Adams, Blackford, Delaware, Jay, Randolph and Wells counties.
Cleveland, who grew up on a 450-acre hog and grain farm that is still operated by his parents, received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M, where he majored in agricultural economics.
Prior to coming to Farm Bureau, he worked as an agricultural and industrial sales representative for Estes Inc., a chemical distributor in San Antonio, Texas. He has also worked for the Ohio Farm Bureau as organization director (a comparable position to IFB’s field representatives), and farmed with his father.
After Hurricane Mitch in 1998, Drew traveled to Honduras on a relief mission funded by Farm Bureau members, county farm bureau organizations, and individuals. He also traveled to Zimbabwe in 2001 as a volunteer for the Citizen Network for Foreign Affairs to train farmers on organizational development.
Drew has many interests. He loves to hunt with a bow, although he has yet to kill anything besides a groundhog. He also loves to snow ski, play his guitar, a piano when he can find one, and having barbecue cookouts with friends.
